Hair can be a huge part of a person’s wellbeing and losing it, for whatever reason, can have a significant emotional and physical impact. Despite feeling all alone, you’re not and we want to help you through this difficult period. We support women, men and children to cope with their hair loss and face the future with confidence.
A Really Really Me consultation centres on YOUR needs. It’s all about you and our consultancy isn’t about selling wigs and hairpieces. It’s about helping you reach the decision that’s right for you. We want to make sure that once you’ve seen us you go away being glad we met and can help you.
How a Really Really Me Consultation works
The first consultation is over the phone and will establish you’re requirements and if we are able to assist and if so how, after all we don’t want you to travel to our salon and have a wasted journey.
All our consultations are a completely private, one-to-one appointment but we will also encourage you to bring someone along to support you and to help you decide on the style and colour of your wig. Prior to meeting at the salon, we may ask you to send me some images of yourself and particularly with a hairstyle you like to help us prepare for the appointment.
During the consultation, we’ll give you lots of information and advice about wigs, their care and which ones would be right for you.
All our consultations are held at our salon in Rossett, Wrexham, North Wales. We can come to you but this will attract a fee and be subject to the consultants availability. In many instances, it’s better for me to meet children while they are in hospital and we’re happy to arrange this.
Once you’ve made a decision as to the colour, style and deliver date, we’ll take a deposit and order the hair system for you or cut it in the salon sameday, if we have the right colour etc.
We strongly suggest that a couple of visits are needed prior to choosing the right wig or hairpiece for you. There’s absolutely no rush or pressure to buy. We need to get it right, first time and without quibble.
